2. Find the "Technical Service" page and click "My IP Detection". You will get a server's external IP address. Please record this IP address (e.g. 156.125.1.96).

3. Click "Start"-Run in the lower left corner of the screen, and then enter: telnet 156.125.1.96 8088.

4. After clicking "OK", a completely black window will appear, indicating that the port has been opened. If there is text information in the window, it means that the port has not been opened.
