1. Add a new POS payment method called "Foreign Currency Collection" and check the foreign currency label. Set the corresponding exchange rate, pay attention to the annotations below for exchange rate settings, and exchange rate annotations will only be displayed if they are not in multiple languages.

Note: The exchange rate filling rule is that when the foreign currency value is greater than the base currency, the foreign currency exchange rate=1/exchange rate. For example, if the base currency is RMB, the foreign currency exchange rate needs to be filled in at 0.14 (1/7=0.14).
When the value of the foreign currency is less than the base currency, directly enter the exchange rate.
2. After opening the POS front desk, select the set foreign currency for payment, as shown in the following figure:

Attention: When receiving payments in foreign currency, multiple payment methods cannot be used simultaneously. Only one foreign currency can be selected for payment. If you have already selected another payment method, you cannot choose foreign currency payment.
3. To print receipts, go to the "Retail Backend" - "POS Parameter Settings" ->"Receipt Printing" menu, select "EXCEL Format" for receipt format, and the effect is shown in the following figure:

4. You can view the summary of retail document browsing, collection statistics table, and cashier daily report. Firstly, set the "Foreign Currency Amount" column in the "Settings" button of the report, and check the "Foreign Currency Amount" column in printing, as shown in the following figure:
