POS whole order discount refers to the unified discount of all products on the entire sales order (such as member whole order discounts, promotional activities, etc.). And the minimum discount rate for operators needs to be set in the background to avoid arbitrary discounts.

1. Steps for whole order discount operatio

In the interface for selling multiple products, directly enter the discount rate (such as 50 for 50% off and 80 for 20% off), and the discount rate must be greater than or equal to the minimum discount rate set in the background. Press the PGDN (Page Down) key to confirm, and the system will automatically apply discounts to all products.

2. Background operator permission settings

Go to the network client → System Management → User Management → Select Operator → POS Permission Settings. Enable the 'Allow whole order discount' function and set a minimum discount rate, which cannot be lower than this discount during POS sales.
