The POS transmission parameters determine the data synchronization method (local/server), document upload strategy (real-time/timed, etc.), and institutional identification (station number, account set number).
1. Data synchronization mode (online/offline)
① Network status is normal (OK): Automatically retrieve the latest data (product information, membership information, prices, etc.) from the server.
② Network status exception (NO): Automatically switch to local cache data (the latest successfully synchronized data), temporarily store transaction records locally, and automatically/manually upload them after the network is restored.
2. Document upload method
Real time upload: Suitable for network stability and real-time data synchronization requirements (such as chain stores).
Manual upload: Suitable for scenarios where the network is poor and the upload timing needs to be manually controlled.
Scheduled upload: The time interval can be set, such as batch upload every 30 minutes/hour.
Time sharing upload: Upload during leisure time (such as automatic synchronization in the early morning).
3. Key parameters
Station number: The station number is the institution and warehouse corresponding to the POS parameter settings, and cannot be modified arbitrarily, otherwise it will have a significant impact.
Account set number: corresponds to the server account set number and cannot be modified arbitrarily.
