On the POS interface, click "Others (F10)" - "Membercard  (Prepaid) Operations" - "Product Redemption" menu, as shown in the figure below:

Enter the "Product Points Redemption" popup window, as shown in the figure below:

Enter the membership card number and select the redemption item, as shown in the figure below:

Review the redemption item, the quantity being redeemed, and the points required. Once everything is confirmed to be correct, click on the "Redeem" menu to proceed with the redemption, as shown in the figure below:

Enter the membership card password to proceed with the redemption.

Redemption successful. You may choose to print a receipt.

Membership card 000001 originally had 2300 points. After redeeming an item for 1000 points, the corresponding points on the membership card were reduced by 1000, leaving 1300 unredeemed points on the card, as shown in the figure below:
