On the POS interface, click "Others (F10)" - "MemberCard (Prepaid) Operations" - "Points Redemption", as shown in the following figure:

In the "Membership Card Reward Redemption" popup window, enter the points you wish to redeem. For example, if membership card 000001 has 400 unredeemed points and you redeem 100 points this time, the membership card points will be reduced by 100 accordingly.
