Lock (F2) ：When the operator of this system leaves the POS machine, press the "F2" key to lock the machine to prevent non-operators of this system from modifying the documents; when the operator comes back, enter the operator and password to return to the payment state.

On the POS interface, click "Others (F10)" - "Lock(F2)" menu to enter the lock machine state, as shown in the figure below:
