3. Please turn off all firewalls on the server computer. (If the server is hosted by our company, you can ignore this step)
4. Select the local site, click "Start" in the lower left corner of the screen - "Control Panel" - "Add or Remove Programs" (for WIN7 system, it is "Programs and Features"), check whether the "Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0" program is installed. If not, please download and install it.
5. Please check whether the network connection of this machine is normal.
6. Please uninstall all firewalls and anti-virus software on your computer first, and turn off the firewall that comes with WINDOWS.
7. Find the isetup.exe installation program and reinstall the client or POS terminal. (When reinstalling the POS terminal, please back up the POSDB file in the POS installation directory first. After reinstalling, overwrite the backed-up POSDB file.) When installing, you need to enter the software user number and select dynamic IP.
