1. Customers can leave messages for the merchant regarding their order, as shown in the figure below:
After the message is successfully sent, the merchant can receive the message. For details, please refer to the following Mall Order Messages.
2. Customers can view merchant messages and reply to them on the "My Orders" page, as shown in the figure below:
Opening the message notification will display the message details, as shown in the figure below:
